Shipping and Returns
Shipping: Currently only ships to US : Flat Rate for smaller items is $5.00 /Flat Rate for Larger items is $8.00
All other countries: Please contact us directly and we can figure out the pricing and shipping.
Wholesale Orders: Shipping is Free.
Taxes: All custom charges, taxes or import duties that may be payable are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
Delivery Time: All products are handmade in limited quantity. All fabrics used in DIY kits are printed in short runs.
Products in stock are dispatched within 1–4 days. Orders placed during the weekend will ship on Monday unless there is a holiday. Tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the business day.
Products out of stock can be reordered only if it huge wholesale order, lead times will vary. We will advise on lead time and/or availability to order for these out of stock products at the time of order.
Returns: We believe in creating beautiful products for your home that you will love for years to come. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can find a solution. Once we have made that initial contact, send back your item within 14 days of receipt and it can be repaired, replaced, or returned for a full refund. All merchandise should be in its original condition with the original packaging and receipt. Shipping and handling fees are unfortunately not refundable.
Please note, due to the handmade nature of our products slight variations in color and design are embraced. When ordering multiples we do our best to make sure the pieces match as closely as possible for you.
NO returns on color issues. And all sale items are final and non-refundable.
Ship Returns To: Please include original packaging and receipt. Items not properly packaged or wrapped in plastic will not be accepted.
